Increasing
my areas of growth
During my Big Brother project new skills
will be necessary in order for me to succeed positively during the course of
this journey. One skill that needs to be addressed as soon as possible is my
communication within all the people involved in the project including all the
people that are still potential contributors towards the development of big brother.
There are many calls through the phone that need to be made before a certain
date. Some areas in which I also have to work on are my punctuality and I know
this from past personal experience. Another area of growth is how the community
sees me, my image. It is important for me to have a good image because I have
to be known to have more accessible tools from different people within the
communities nearby. School started for the public school and the next step
after students adapt to school is to pick a set of students to integrate to the
Big Brother Project by contacting the local nearby public schools.

Thank you for your insight into the challenges that you face in the next couple of weeks. I appreciate your knowledge into what might create problems with your mentors and other people involved in the project, like punctuality, that you will make sure to overcome so that your image by the community is one of respect for your contributions and your dedication to the students. I am very interested to see what happens now that school is starting.
